Perfect for athletes, adventurers, and anyone looking to relax and recharge. Each session is 75 minutes long. This allows for 3 to 4 cycles of heat and cold. We recommend 15 minutes of heat followed by 2 to 5 minutes of cooling off.

Up to 13 Session Times a Day

Open 7 days a week, with our first session starting at 6am, and the last session starting at 9pm.

Bring Your Towels, Water, and Swimsuit.

Leave your street clothes, phone, shoes, etc in the semi-private vestibule (shared changing area), before entering the Sauna.

Seats up to 6 Guests.

Sauna is about both personal recovery and shared experience. Bring your family and friends, and know you might share your session with others.

    Select your time and reserve in seconds. You can book right up to the start time.

    Receive your door code

    We will send you your door code one hour before your session starts.

    Bring Towels, Water, and Swimsuit.

    Wear your swimsuit, sit on a towel and drink a lot of water. We recommend at least 1L of water.

    15 Minutes of Heat at a Time.

    Use the time on the wall to track time, and then cool off. We recommend 3 to 4 cycles of heat and cold.
